Food & Homemade Bakes

From time to time, complimentary homemade bakes and refreshments may be available during sessions.

• Our homemade bakes may contain, or have come into contact with, common allergens including (but not limited to) milk, eggs, wheat (gluten), soya, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame.
• As our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment, cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed against.
• If you or your child has a food allergy or intolerance, please speak to Georgie before consuming any food or drink provided.
• Parents and carers remain responsible for deciding whether food is suitable for themselves or their child.

Baby Massage Products

Baby massage sessions may include the use of massage oils, creams or other skincare products.

• Please inform Georgie before your session if your baby has any allergies, eczema, sensitive skin or known reactions to skincare products.
• Ingredients for products used during sessions are available upon request.
• Parents are welcome to bring their own suitable massage oil or lotion if preferred.

Medical Information

• Please inform Georgie of any allergies, medical conditions or additional needs that may affect you or your child's participation before the session begins.
• If your child requires emergency medication (such as an adrenaline auto-injector or inhaler), please ensure you have it with you throughout the session.

Responsibility

While every reasonable care is taken to minimise risks, Buddha Bears cannot accept responsibility for allergic reactions to food, drinks, natural materials or products brought into the studio by other families or used during activities. Attendance and participation are at your own discretion, and parents and carers remain responsible for monitoring their child's individual allergy requirements.
